Growth stories – Kasvutarinat

”To encourage other entrepreneurs, we made interview-based growth stories of some successful Finnish CEOs and business owners. This was a Kasvuryhmä project, and featured leaders include Asko Schrey, Aaro Cantell, Jarkko Veijalainen, Kati Rajala, Timo Saalasti and Mika Tanner. You can see all of them here.”

Hopping Brewsters

”Hopping Brewsters fights against tasteless bulk beer and thinks that great beer belongs to everyone. Now they have new investors and aim their Buffalo Brewster plane to moon. We proudly support with marketing plans and content production.”



”Nothing beats the feeling after a successful event. Organizing business events and hype around them has been Laura’s profession for year. The photo is form Kaski by Kasvuryhmä together with a team of volunteers. Events include EY’s yearky SnowBoard forum for board professionals and dozens of other business events in all Nordic countries.”



Laura tells: ”I worked as freelance journalist from Stockholm to the Finnish paper Iltalehti during 2010 and 2011 while living in Stockholm. I wrote a lot about travel, lifestyle, even politics – and of course about The Royal Family.”

”Kasvuryhmä is a group of Finnish entrepreneurs, chairmen of boards and CEOs that want to grow and help each other to unleash the hidden potential of Finnish companies. To feature the benefits of joining Kasvuryhmä, we produced a set of reference interview videos. This is one of them.”

”Agria djurförsäkringar, a Nordic specialist in animal insurances, started its operations in Finland in 2016. We produced video content for their social media and helped the new country manager with pr content and media strategy.”

How to utilize client references so that the client likes it, too. ”The Journal is a client magazine for OpusCapita. It’s language was first Finnish, but after changing language to English, it became a valuable tool in marketing abroad. The key to success was to co-branding with largest clients and letting them tell, how valuable the software was.”

Book about Princess Madeleine

Laura tells: ”While living in Stockholm, I wrote a lot about the Royal Family, and I ended up writing a book about Princess Madeleine (Prinsessa Madeleine, Helsinki-kirjat, 2011). This was also a deep-dive into Swedish media. I know what it’s like to have your name in scandal-seeking newspapers!”
